Our customers‘ central locations have become so large that they have small highways that connect the different sectors internally. Our Truck Drivers are the essential link between these sections, making it possible to dispatch an order economically and ergonomically.

The job of an on-site truck driver is to gather all the completed orders from different points in our logistics hub and transport them to a central hub from where they can be grouped and shipped together.


Team Leaders

The most important part of any team is cooperation. Our expert team leaders have the task of coordinating, helping and motivating the team so that everyone is happy and the common goals are achieved.

A Team Leader in headwaylogistic is the first contact person with the client company, heard by the team and the right hand of the project and Regional Manager. The duties are to structure and manage the team as efficiently as possible while solving any problems that arise.

Team Leaders‘ most important characteristics should be charisma, efficient communication, structured planning, and empathy.



Project Managers

The size of headwaylogistic gmbh makes it impossible to manage centrally, therefore we believe good local management is the key to fast decision making and the development of our company. Our Project Managers have gathered all the know-how of the projects they manage and, with the help of everyone involved, they take the necessary steps to improve our processes and work.

The Project Managers closely analyse the team, the processes and the market, they evaluate the parts that are not 100% efficient and implement the changes that make us professionals. At the same time, with the help of the team leaders, they do the execution, statistical and budgeting planning.



Quality Managers

Quality Mangers are a key part of work and employee safety. They ensure that all our processes and improvements are up to date and comply with all safety regulations of the German safety laws.

The Quality Manager is responsible for observing and assessing any health and safety risks and finding a solution in the warehouse and in our accommodations. In addition to the classic tasks, they are also responsible for training and informing our employees about warehouse safety procedures, first aid, emergency handling and other important aspects that protect the company, the customer and the employee.



Building Managers

Having an international team, we offer a solution to the issue of accommodations. To be able to have good quality accommodation, and provide the best quality for our employees, our Building Management team is always ready to take on a new mission.

Building Managers are responsible for everything around our accommodation. They take over our new housing, assess the necessary alterations /renovations and carry them out. They are our on-site team, responsible for painting, paving, installing electrical and plumbing appliances, dry walling and setting up furniture so that our staff have all the necessities for a normal day to day life.



Facility Managers

Our Facilities Management team is made up of professionals in the field who help us manage all our assets. Not only do they find us the best deals and opportunities, but they also ensure that they remain at the best possible quality.

A facility manager’s job is to find our accommodations, develop transportation, but also be the first point of contact for our staff who provide them. They oversee and coordinate our Building Management teams, but also process all incoming data regarding the condition, use and vacancies of our facilities.
